2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Reporting Period: You must report any damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: To process a claim, please email kingvitalityllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement or a refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.
