At King Vitality LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our topical CBD ointments. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.
1. No "Change of Mind" Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," personal preference (such as scent or texture), or if you no longer want the product after purchase. Please ensure you have reviewed your order carefully before completing your checkout.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We will only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Reporting Period: You must report any damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: To process a claim, please email kingvitalityllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement or a refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.
3. Effectiveness and Results
Because CBD interacts with every individual's body differently, King Vitality LLC does NOT offer a "money-back guarantee" or refunds based on the product’s perceived effectiveness. Our products are topical ointments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address: King Vitality LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
