1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Method & Rates
We ship exclusively via UPS Ground to ensure the most reliable delivery for our topical products.

Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after the processing period.

Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
3. Age Verification & Adult Signature (Mandatory)
In accordance with UPS policies for hemp-derived products and state regulations, all shipments of King Vitality products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

Please ensure an adult is present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

UPS will typically make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

P.O. Boxes: Since we use UPS and require an adult signature, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

State Restrictions: We comply with all state and local laws. We currently do not ship to states where hemp-derived topicals are restricted (e.g., Idaho, Kansas). If your state is restricted, you will be unable to complete the checkout process.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number once your order has reached the carrier. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Compliance & Documentation
Every King Vitality LLC shipment includes a physical copy of the Certificate of Analysis (COA) inside the box. This document verifies that the product is a hemp-derived topical containing less than 0.3% THC, meeting all federal requirements of the 2018 Farm Bill.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. King Vitality LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
